Corp de garde

La Pauline is a tradictional sailing ship, a replica of an early 20thcentury decked lugger from Dahouët, formerly used as pilot boats and for coastal fishing.


Le Corps de garde (Guard House) in Dahouët : built around 1744, located on Sentier des Douaniers (public footpath GR 34). Guard Houses were part of the defensive system initiated by Louis XVI, to dissuade the landing of forces from English warships which often sailed close to the shore.


La Motte Meurdel : Feudal Christian motte formerly home to the statue of Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs (Our Lady of Seven Sorrows) from the old church in Pléneuf.


Le Colombier du Vaujoyeux is the last of the thirteen dovecotes from Planguenoual, probably dating from the 16th century. It has been listed as a historical monument since 1982.
